WTF Chicago? A 21 year old rapper gets probation for an unlawful possession of a firearm charge. On June 5, 2013 police saw him try to ditch the Glock in a parked car. The gun had been reported stolen on April 10th. Wait, there's more.... the 21 year old was within days of completing probation on ANOTHER unlawful possession charge from Oct of 2011 (which would have made him 19), when they caught him with a pistol with the serial number defaced. So in Chicago, an underaged felon gets probation on gun charges but a law abiding citizen can be denied a 'Must Issue' Concealed Carry license by any law enforcement agency, without having to state a reason and with the only appeal being back to the board that already denied your application? No wonder the poster city for gun control is awash in innocent blood
