Target shooting adds $10Bil and 185,000 jobs to US economy According to papers released by the National Shooting Sports Foundation, more than 20 million people spent about $10B on Target Shooting, which accounted for $3.5Million in combined federal, state and local taxes. More people participated in target shooting last year (21M) than soccer (14M), baseball (12M) or skiing (8M). Want to keep your 2nd Amendment Rights safe? Take a friend who has never shot a firearm to the range. They will understand that guns are not a scary monster that jumps up and kills people all by themselves, and will be less likely to push for needless Gun Control.
